2024 Parochial Reports – What You Need to Know
The General Convention Office emailed filing information to individual congregations in December 2024. You can log in to your parochial report account here. Contact Kathy Traynor with questions about your congregation’s username and/or password and other questions.

The Episcopal Church Register App is an online system that can be accessed from any device and is fully integrated into the Parochial Report filing system. That means that if you use it to track your service attendance each week, when you get to the end of the year all the information on how many services you held and what your attendance was will already be in the filing system! Annual Parish Reports to the Diocese
Each parish must submit the following reports by March 1 (Gospel-oriented communities and seasonal chapels are excluded and will be contacted directly and on a different schedule for their annual reports).
You may print a worksheet of each form below, but you still must submit the form electronically.
How to save and share parish forms that are in process:
Enter your email address in the submitter’s email address field at the end of the form.
Click on the “Save and Resume” button.
A link to the saved form will be sent to the submitter’s email address. The link may be shared with others.
