Delegate Change Form

Congregations will need to complete this form before Sept. 26, 2025, if you need to either add or replace a certified delegate or alternate, whose name was already submitted to the diocese and now needs to be updated.

Number of Eligible Delegates Per Church

The number of eligible delegates for your church is based on the attendance information submitted in your most recent parochial report. Find the information here. This information will be updated once 2024 parochial reports are submitted.

Convocations

Delegates and alternates are expected to attend convocation meetings. The diocese will provide co-conveners with updated lists of delegates and alternates once annual reports are in from congregations. This information will be updated as it is received for 2025. Contact Convention Manager Kathy Traynor with questions.

Central Convocation
