Constitution and Canons Committee

The Constitution and Canons Committee is responsible for ongoing review of the Constitution and Canons (laws) of the diocese, drafting revisions as needed, and presenting proposed revisions to the Annual Diocesan Convention for approval and adoption — as stated under Canon 7. Any resolution submitted to Convention that will amend the constitution or canons must be reviewed by the Constitution and Canons Committee. They review and report their recommendation on the resolution to the Annual Diocesan Convention. Members of the Committee are appointed by the Bishop and serve 3-year terms.
